Police virus has been confirmed in five children of different areas of North Waziristan Agency, Geo News reported. According to Agency Incharge Anti-polio campaign Dr Khandad polio virus has been confirmed in five children including four baby girls at the main laboratory of Peshawar. The children are aged between one-and-a-half-year to three years.
Dr Khandad said owing to deteriorating law and order and drone attacks anti-polio teams were unable to come to there as a result polio virus was spreading. The samples of two dozen more children have been sent the same laboratory for test.
